So,

You ignored the mountains of evidence of abuse…

You decided the countless directors who’ve lost their family homes could never be you…

You looked the other way when you were warned these psychopaths have no morals…

You thought it was irrelevant that nobody ever recommended the process – other than those who stood to financially benefit from it…

and you’ve put your company into a formal insolvency process.

Congratulations.

It’ll make for an interesting story one day in the very distant future.

READ HERE for the joys they’ll have in store for you.

The purpose of this post is highlight one of the classic tricks they use to extort funds from you.

As part of their standard procedure, they will look through all the company’s bank statements for the last 2 years or so.

They will explain this is just to paint a picture of the financial situation of the company before its insolvency.

In fact, they’re looking for ANY payments from the company to your family – and more specifically – your wife.

They may not consider your wife to be a serious debtor or creditor to the company but they can now write directly to her.

And write directly to her they will.

They will explain to her, sombrely, that she will need to come in for an interview, or respond to a myriad of complex queries that she doesn’t know the answer to.

They don’t care about the responses.

It’s a pressure tactic.

Because whilst this is happening they are also demanding sums from you personally for a payments you made to an unrelated company 12 months ago.

They need £30,000 per insolvency and you only gave them £4,000 upfront.

How can they possibly be on the slopes living it up on your measly £4,000?! Get with the programme!

But you are steadfast.

You will not be paying the £26,000 shortfall for their ski trip.

And then the letter to your wife comes.

And then the interview.

And then the solicitors letters to your home address.

These guys have repetitions in the bag. It comes naturally to them – it doesn’t need to be written down or rehearsed, it’s second nature.

And you will crumble; fighting these sickos will be pointless, asinine, empty.

They will win, they always do.

So best to never get into bed with them in the first place.
